During the Bergler Tafel a 5-course menu with typical dishes from Tires al Catinaccio/Tiers am Rosengarten is served amidst legendary scenery.  You dine at Proa, the alpine meadow above Lavina Bianca in the direction of Wuhnleger/Tschafon; a type of balcony one hundred metres above S. Cipriano. There is probably no other vantage point from where you can admire the renowned Alpenglow better than from this one in Tires… and all this accompanied by delicious delights for your palate.
