The Ciamin Valley is a wild-romantic valley between Sciliar and Catinaccio. Only "wild" animals might be able to disturb the peace here!
The ascent to Ciamin Valley starts above S. Cipriano (1,175 m) via the Dosswiesen meadows to Schwarzer Lettn and to Erster Leger. Continue your hike to the Ciamin water sources, which turn into a lively alpine river within only 10 metres of the dry stream bed. Behind the water sources you can continue your hike along the path of the mostly dried out course of the river. From here you can reach Rechter Leger after half an hour. This is a wonderful viewpoint and resting spot offering a view of the Cime del Principe Peaks and the Ciamin Peaks. Return on the same route.

Highlight: The view of Ciamin Peaks and the walls of Sciliar on one side, and the imposing towers and peaks of Catinaccio on the other!
